Additional Info

To all moderators:

Hi.Hello. Lol. soo here it goes.

I know some of you guys are just doing their job as a moderator.
For example:
locking someone's thread if it's inappropriate and
giving a member warning pts. if they disobeyed the rules. etc.

But as far as I can see, even though they're doing their job,
don't u think it's a little bit rough for you moderators to give a member 5 pts warning
when they did something wrong? I mean. i know that's our job, but why can't
we just Pm them first and tell them that what they' were doing was wrong.?

For example:
You saw a member who's spamming and double posting. And I know that's
against the rules. Instead of giving them 5 pts. warning right away, we now just
have to tell them first through PM that they're disobeying the rules. But if the person disobey the rules again, then that's the time where we can give this person a 5 pts warning.
