IV. THE MODERATING TEAM

Moderators can EDIT, DELETE, HIDE and MOVE your posts and threads. They are the ones who will moderate topics and posts. They can issue warnings to any violations committed in our forum.

Moderators are also capable of BANNING ACCOUNTS and BANNING IP ADDRESSES. Remember that when your IP address gets banned, you will not be able to log-in again in FT forum using the same internet connection even if you will create a different username.

Moderators may delete and lock messages at their discretion. Part of the job of moderators is to keep the boards clean. Messages deemed inappropriate, old, or off topic may be deleted, hidden, or locked by moderators at any time.

The moderators cannot be on the board 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, objectionable or offensive posts may not be removed immediately. If you see an offensive post, you may report it by posting a message in the Request and Complaints under Feedbacks and Suggestion Board. Also, post the link of the thread for easier tracking.

The moderators have the final say. If you are told by a moderator to stop doing something, you cannot claim that it was not stated in the rules. It is impossible and impractical to list every rule possible. Attempting to circumvent a rule will result in a more severe warning. Also, the determination of things such as shouting, flaming, spamming, trolling, etc. is dependent on the moderators, not the users. Any complaints involving attempts to find loop holes in the rules and complaining that it was not explicitly stated in the rules will not be acted upon.

Disagreeing with them in anything other then a private, respectful manner will be considered not only harassment but trolling. If you have issues with moderation that has occurred, the correct actions to take is to contact the head moderator of a particular forum section you are inquiring about when attempting to resolve the issue. You can post your queries in the different moderator corners and stations at each team sub forums. If you are unable to resolve your issue, then you can take it to the Forum Administrator.

If you have any other question(s) regarding the forum, you may report it by posting a message in the Request and Complaints under Feedbacks and Suggestion Board.

2.) A member gets his/her IP address banned when his/her username, signature and posts purposely attempt to cause trouble, continuing to disrespect the forum rules, moderator warnings and other members' rights and opinions.

VII. RULES ENFORCEMENT

Excuses for not knowing the rules will not be accepted. These include claims about being a "too new to have read the rules". The rules apply equally to everyone, old members and new ones.

Failure to abide by the rules corresponds to a punishment such as warning, suspension, temporary ban or even lifetime ban so be sure to follow the rules religiously.

When any of the above rules are violated or supposed violation occurs, moderators, at their sole discretion, determine an appropriate remedy. Should there be a disciplinary action taken against your account, moderators will post your username in the Members w/ Warnings or the Suspended Members list.

These rules are subject to change with or without prior notice. So it is imperative that you check the rules and read them from time to time.

Access to this forum is a privilege and not a right. The Administrator with the help of the moderators monitors the forum to the best of their ability and at their own discretion.

Thank you. -Administrator
